Always Be Comedy Summer Season

Weekly comedy summer season upstairs at The Tommyfield in Kennington. The crème of the comedy circuit drop in to air their Edinburgh preview shows from Thursday 16 May to Thursday 25 July.

We’re excited to announce that our Always Be Comedy night will go weekly from Thursday 16th May as the crème of the comedy circuit drop in to air their Edinburgh preview shows upstairs at The Tommyfield.

Each Thursday, the audience will be treated to two x 1 hour shows from some of the hottest acts on rotation.

Thursday 16th May: Live Shows From Tom Rosenthal and Alan Francis.

Tom Rosenthal, the star of Friday Night Dinners, makes his Always Be Comedy début to preview his Edinburgh show. He’s already been nominated for Best Breakthrough Act at the British Comedy Awards 2011 and is a past winner of Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year. Time Out has called him a 'talented upcoming star'.

He’s joined by award-winning Scottish comedian and writer Alan Francis.
