The Léoville estates are undoubtedly among the finest in Bordeaux. In today's world, Barton, Las Cases and Poyferré are three distinct properties, all separately owned and producing wines from St Julien, but it was only a couple of centuries ago that they were all part of the same estate. The revolution caused heads to roll and led to the original Léoville property being broken up - this 'vertizontal' tasting will look at how they are now performing in the modern age.

We will taste each property's Grand Vin from 2000, 1995 and 1990, giving us an in depth look at the different Château and how the appellation performed in each of these stellar vintages.
