Creative collective Monorex celebrates nine years going global with an art-fuelled weekend and is inviting the public to join them.
Hoxton Arches will open its doors to a fast-paced feed of exclusive urban art exhibitions, live art battles, creative lectures, debates, DJs and drinks. The brand’s identifying colour, purple, will be manifested throughout, from the commissioned artwork to the burger buns, demonstrating that Monorex does nothing half-heartedly.
On public view is a pop-up exhibition curated by Monorex, featuring original artwork from Ryca, Pete Fowler, Alfa and Mr. Gauky, to name a few. A gift shop will offer limited edition prints, posters, and t-shirts (prints averaging just £50).
The invitation also extends to the exhibition after-party when the walls are stripped to make way for a rave in the cave. As the sun goes down, the volume and smoke goes up as guest Djs stir up the speakers and chefs fire up the barbecue. Cake and cheap booze will be served to everybody. You’ll need it to dance into Saturday with Monorex.
Please note that Monorex will be the only underage part-goer.
