CoolTan Arts Mad Hatter's Tea Party & Exhibition Opening

Join arts and mental health charity CoolTan Arts for a fun-filled afternoon at our annual Mad Hatter's Tea Party. Have fun, make friends and try something new!
There’ll be the opportunity to part in free workshops and visit CoolTan’s new art exhibition – CURRANT BUN.
 
The Mad Hatter's Tea Party will be a great way to meet new people and find out what CoolTan Arts is currently up to and how you can get involved. All welcome, no need to book ahead.

The workshops are relaxed with breaks to browse the information areas. Light refreshments available.
 
Visual Art Workshop 1:30 -2:30pm
Discover your creative side with this drop-in arts workshop
 
Mindfulness and Attention Workshop 2:30 – 3:15pm
Be led into body awareness with the breath & experience feelings of mindfulness in a safe and warm environment.
 
I’m a Commissioner – get me out of here!’ Workshop 3:15 – 4:30pm
You’re holding well over £400,000,000 and everyone wants a piece of it! Why do you have this, who else wants it, and – how do they get it!
Find out about new decision-making and budget-holding bodies in your area, and find a way to get your voice heard to get your slice of pie!
 

CURRANT BUN - CoolTan Art Exhibition Opening 5-6pm
Exhibition by CoolTan Art’s workshop participants on the theme of summer and the return of light after darkness. Work includes painting, prints and digital artworks.
The exhibition runs from 15th June -10th July 2013, open Monday to Fridays 10 - 5pm.
