helen craven (MA(RCA), DCH, DHP, ITEC) is an experienced clinical hypnotherapist using advanced hypnotherapy techniques including EFT, and a reiki master, teacher and author.

She continues to study and train with the best teachers, keeping up to date with new techniques, so she can work with her clients for maximum good effect.
