Sipsmith Botanical Tour and Pop-up Bar

The Gin Garden and The Herball are collaborating to create 'Sipsmith's Botanical Tour' & 'Living Botanical Bar' at Chelsea Physic Garden on Friday 31st May and Friday 7th June.

Each day will begin with a private tour of Chelsea Physic Garden where guests will be introduced to the botanicals used in Sipsmith’s London Dry Gin, led by expert Herbalist Christopher Hedley. After a light lunch at the renowned Tangerine Dream Café guests will visit Sipsmith's Hammersmith distillery. Then it's back to the Physic Garden for drinks at the pop-up bar with demonstrations on how to make syrups, tinctures and infusions.

The Gin Garden living botanical pop-up bar at Chelsea Physic Garden will feature signature serves developed by 'The Herball' containing Sipsmith London Dry Gin, Metté Eau de Vie, herbs, summer fruits and local honey. The bar will demonstrate how every garden can act as nature's medicine cabinet. A herbalist will be on hand to advise how to integrate these amazing ingredients into our diets.

The Gin Garden tours start at 10am and finish at 4pm the living botanical bar will then stay open to serve drinks to all Chelsea Physic Garden visitors until 8pm.
