We are happy to announce that they have accepted our invitation to our meet up Group! Why is it so exciting for us, Islingtoners? Because the pair has shown over and over again why you don't need to be buying the cheapest houses in the cheapest areas to make real money from property. Instead you can use methods to work in more affluent patches anywhere in the UK (even in Islington!) and make way more cash with way less hassle.

Do I mean:

- Buy properties without finance & little to no cash of your own (depending on your level of understanding this system)?

- Bypass the banks to buy your properties, or become the Bank itself..?

- Buy properties in the Central London areas to make real cash flow? (Instead of the old ways, having a large portfolio of cheap properties in the middle of nowhere which makes no money).

YES!

If you are ready to step up in your game and happy to learn from a pairing Ozzy London Investors who have bought a large amount of property using creative methods.

Briefly introducing them:

Rachel Baws worked in banking, last jobs with Goldman Sachs then Credit Suisse. Rachel has been in property for 15 years, the last 4 years it has been her core business. She and her brother have a portfolio of just over £8 million worth. Rachel, her brother and Thor teamed up 3 years ago when they sold their first property in Kensington together using Instalment Contract terms.

Thor Portess bought his first property (188acres farm land next to parents) in Oz at 19 in the traditional old school manner and worked like a dog to pay it off conventionally working in the underground mines in Australia. Came to London with a backpack and started 4 years ago by borrowing money and using the new innovative strategies and have bought and/or sold £6million pounds worth of property now.
