Cloud Dance Festival: Lacuna

Cloud Dance Festival aims to bring you the best in new and emerging dance, and after a two-year absence, we'll be bringing you our handpicked selection of who to watch and who to catch before they make it big.

We'll be presenting works by dancers in some of the leading dance companies including Wayne McGregor | Random Dance, BalletBoyz, Russell Maliphant, Tom Dale Company and Hofesh Shechter, while our special guests for this festival are Breakin' Convention choreographer and dancer Ella Mesma, and Raymond Chai, who has worked with most of Europe's leading contemporary dance and ballet companies.

Choreographers and companies featured in this festival include Sol Dans, Paolo Mangiola, Merritt Moore & Adam Kirkham, Hana Saotome, James Finnemore, John Ross, Ieva Kuniskis and Ceyda Tanc Dance.

With works inspired by Amy Winehouse, the war in Afghanistan, a very large bag of oranges, Turkish customs and the role of memory, Cloud Dance Festival brings you 17 companies performing over 3 evenings and an inviting bar, promising you rich diversity with plenty to enjoy!
