Leading contemporary art specialist Art You Grew Up With will be showcasing original and never seen before superhero artworks at their exhibition, Superhero.
This month celebrates the 75th Anniversary of Superman and fans of all ages will have the opportunity to see for the very first time a very rare, signed, and original Superman drawing by none other than Joe Shuster – the Canadian-American comic book artist best known for creating Superman.
Superhero, will also feature artworks of legendary superheroes from the Marvel and DC Universe comics including, Spiderman, Thor, Captain America and original hand drawn art work by Batman creator, Bob Kane.
This free exhibition will be held at the Art You Grew Up With gallery in Radlett, Hertfordshire, just 20 minutes train from Kings Cross Station. The Open Day on Saturday 15 June will give superhero fans a chance also to meet superhero artist Des Taylor, famous for his comic creations and his books How to Draw Comics and Manga, who will be on hand drawing the superheroes live.
