Two orphaned boys have been forced from the rural wilderness they know and arrive in a bleak brutal London.

A play by Rob Hayes
Directed by Ryan Bradley

Two orphaned boys have been forced from the rural wilderness they know and arrive in a bleak brutal London they don’t.

Seeking refuge in a pub basement they plot their escape, only to find themselves locked in a battle with the pub landlord over their dead father’s sordid legacy.

Rob Hayes is the winner of the 2013 Tom Erhardt Award for up and coming writers.

“To us, searching for an answer, some kind of logic, it always remained an act of mindless cruelty, but of course that was the point.”

This production is part of a double bill with The Freedom of the City.
