Our unique wordpress training is two-fold.
The first session - Foundations is dedicated to ensuring that you understand and are fully happy with the fundamentals of wordpress - no matter what your previous level of experience. Take this information and at home install your own wordpress ready for the next session.

Wordpress and Website Best Practices.
Installation of Wordpress.

Basic HTML tags for Wordpress Content.

The second session - Open Table - one week later - is all about you and your project. Join us for an open table gathering to assist in ironing out niggling issues and discuss the particulars of your choice of theme with us and the other attendees.


Q&A

Q: What knowledge do I need to have already?

A: You need to be happy using a mac or pc generally and have a thirst for learning but other than that we do not expect you to have any previous knowledge of wordpress and will be training you based on this assumption.

Q: Do I have to come to both sessions?

A: No. But to attend the Open Table Session you need to have attended the first foundations session. The Open Table session is designed to get you going after learning the fundamentals the previous week and having installed your own wordpress on your own hosting space.

Q: What do I need?

A: You need to bring along your own WIFI enabled Laptop, Mac or PC is ok. For the second session preferably you will have access to hosting (although you can setup wordpress just on your Laptop if necessary).

Q: What will the Open Table Session Involve?

A: The Open Table Session is designed to give you the space and time to play around with a theme and website you have already installed where the trainers will be available to offer any guidance and assist with any issues as well as discuss your project. This is a peer based session, which means you will interact with the other attendees towards your mutual goals.
