in a nutshell, it's a by-bike, for charity, scavenger hunt around the tube network.
In a slightly larger nutshell the event will involve teams of cyclists riding around London "collecting" tube stations, each of which will be worth different points values. The full breakdown of the points available will not be revealed until the day, to prevent some teams having an advantage over others by devising the optimum strategy in advance. The winning team will be the one with the most points at the end of the day, with prizes awarded for the completion of mini-challenges as well.
Half the proceeds will be split between three charities: London Cycling Campaign, Wheels for Wellbeing and Herne Hill Velodrome Trust. I'm also hoping to be able to make a contribution to Lambeth Cyclists in order to subsidise bike maintenance classes for low income households.
