Ballet Barre and Bubbles

On Saturday 21st September, guests partaking in one of the BARREtoned classes will then be invited to join the exclusive Finest Fizz tasting at 1pm for a unique and unforgettable exercise experience.

BARREtoned first launched in the UK in April and has already generated a huge celebrity following. The one hour classes are based on the ballet barre and a series of low momentum but extremely intense and accurate ‘isometric’ moves, resulting in a more streamlined dancer-like body as well as enhanced flexibility and a boost to energy levels.

Following a full body workout, creating long lean muscles and improved posture, unwind and relax with a glass of sumptuous bubbly from new company, Finest Fizz. Guests will be invited to sample some of the best premier cru and grand cru, which has been independently sourced from artisan producers across the Champagne region. Founder, Howard Abernethy will be on hand to guide you through the entire range of brands on offer, ready to explain how it is made as well as the variety of grapes on offer. Furthermore, he can assist in the making of personalised Champagne bottles to really make someone’s Christmas and ensuring that you are the toast of the town.
