An Exhibition Of New Original Art Work By Stuart McAlpine Miller

The never before seen collection, Altered Images, by Stuart McAlpine Miller will be exhibited at Castle Fine Art, Bruton Street.

Altered Images represents over a year’s worth of work by McAlpine Miller and the collection comprises of 35 canvases, varying in size. Distinctive and striking, the collection features stylish, ‘supermodel-esqué’ women, superimposed over brightly coloured cartoons, in an illusionary world of comic book characters, all of which McAlpine Miller achieves painting with oils.

These new works encompass McAlpine Miller’s signature style, which have a running social commentary and combine classic Renassiance style with modern layering techniques, giving the paintings an almost 3D look and feel, which he achieves using only oil paints.
