Join Crap Film Club and Lime Wharf on November 1st as we proudly join forces for a special Halloween screening of FRANKENHOOKER. What better way to celebrate the spooky season than enjoying a film about bizarre gardening accidents, "super crack" and exploding prostitutes?

When his gorgeous fiancée "goes to pieces" in a freak lawnmower accident, aspiring mad scientist Jeffrey Franken is determined to put her back together again. With the aid of an explosive superdrug, he sets about reassembling his girlfriend, selecting the choicest bits from New York prostitutes. His reanimated girlfriend no longer craves his body... she craves every body! And, for money, she'll love anyone... to death!

There'll be terrifying trailers, scary snacks and prizes galore, so..."wanna date?!"

"The film is a riot, especially the "Exploding Prostitutes" scene!" - Bad Movies

Crap Film Club, or CFC, is a place to celebrate and commiserate with the movies that went straight to DVD. It’s where we accept poor scripts, poor acting, poor camera work and provide a platform of non-judgement. In fact, the less critically acclaimed the film, the better. Together, we watch the ridiculous, we enjoy the non-believable, we congratulate the absurd. In association with The Book Club, Crap Film Club is proud to present a bi-monthly night of cinematic failure. We will be showing such notorious titles as TROLL 2 and BIRDEMIC alongside lesser-known but just as (un)worthy efforts for your guilty pleasure. There will be bad dubbing, samurai cops, toe-curling dialogue, CGI sharks, embarrassing sex, inept ninjas, continuity errors, and even the occasional tribute to Jason Statham or Nicolas Cage along with quizzes, prizes, themed cocktails and double-bills.
