CBBC presenters Shannon Flynn (Friday Download, Dani’s Castle) and Bobby Lockwood (Wolfblood, House of Anubis) will host a fantastic showcase of the films, television shows, games and websites nominated for the BAFTA Children’s Awards. A mix of live demonstrations, behind-the-scenes films and interviews will highlight the talent behind the nominations, from actors to animators, composers to production designers.

Families will have a chance to see special behind the scenes films with the teams from Moshi Monsters and Sam & Mark’s Big Friday Wind-up and exclusive interviews with Debbie Moon, the creator of Woolfblood and Tristan Oliver, the Director of Photography on ParaNorman. Guests will include the creators of The Amazing World of Gumball, sharing their animation expertise and Sam Watts, composer for Wizards vs Aliens.

Aimed at a family audience (7-12 year olds), there will be plenty of opportunity for audience interaction with competitions, including a Gumball character drawing competition, challenges and Q&A’s. Prizes will include Skylanders Swap Force starter packs, a Roald Dahl Brainbox Game and Star Wars Card games.
