A Celebration of the work of two long standing companies in the UK who have established themselves as leaders in the Salsa scene. Salsateca was founded in 1992 offering weekly dance classes across the capital and abroad in Europe and the Middle East combining styles from across the world including Colombia, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, New York, Spain, Africa and organising social dance nights. Ola Latina founded in 1995 is responsible for some of the largest Latin Festivals in the country, organising club nights, promoting Live music and acting as an agent for some of Salsas most revered stars from Puerto Rico, USA, Colombia, Cuba and Africa. Ola Latina are also behind the largest monthly Salsa Night in London - El Grande! The two companies have more recently taken on the joint venture of a monthly club night El Bembe' and Festival de Orquestas which will be back in 2014 for its 3rd year. Both companies continue to promote Latin Music and Dance in the UK.
