Inner Resolution: Resolving The Past, Renewing The Future

Every year at the new year we tend to have a renewed energy to begin again, start afresh and build the year on a new perspective. But all too easily we find them fizzling out come february or march.

The challenge is that we cannot change the future simply by willing it to change. We must show up in new ways. But to show up in new ways we have to resolve the old patterns and beliefs of the past that no longer serve us. We need to heal the wounds, let go of the story and embody who we authentically are. From that place, we can manifest and ultimately resolve to co-create a new life.

Resolutions are only as powerful as our ability to embody them. We don’t need to force ourselves to go to the gym or eat healthier, we need to become inspired to be the person we know we truly are. From that place all of our resolutions will naturally fall into place because they are coming from a place of self-love, self-acceptance and authenticity.
