Chilldren's Drama Classes

The Kogan Academy of Dramatic Arts (formerly known as The Academy of the Science of Acting and Directing) known from the SOFA Productions Fairy tales show will soon be starting children’s drama classes!

The classes will be taking place from 11th January 2014 to 1st March 2014, 10:00am - 1:00pm, every Saturday morning at the Academy.
The children will be introduced to acting in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Games, exercises and some performance work, together with movement and circus skills classes ensure that whatever profession a child chooses for the future, we will have established a firm basis for creative thought and enjoyment in learning.

Acting, Movement and Singing classes run from 10:00am until 1:00pm, and each class lasts 50 minutes with a short break in between. Depending on numbers, the classes will be divided into two age groups 5-8 & 9-11.

In the last class of term we will produce a short performance in which all the children can take part. All parents, relatives and friends will be invited to attend and enjoy the progress the children are making.
