Laugher Yoga is an ultimate wellbeing workout It is laughter exercises with yogic breathing
It’s a gentle exercise where we use laughter to improve physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing
The main aim is to enjoy ‘childlike fun and play’ as with all things the more effort you put into it the more you will get out of it (JOY, LIGHTHEARTEDNESS, HAPPINESS, LAUGHTER, ENDORPHIN RUSH)
Most of the Laughter in a Laughter Yoga session is initiated in the group with full body laughter exercises, clapping, eye contact and youthful playfulness. The "simulated" laughter soon turns into real, spontaneous and contagious laughter that brings much more oxygen to our body and brain, lifting our spirits and carrying over into our work, school and social lives
