Details: 7 PM - Your host will welcome you, record your attendance and issue a name badge for you.

7.30 PM - Socializing begins in full, guest are encouraged to circulate the room and meet everyone.
If someone takes your fancy and you would like to have a private 121 chat, simply let your host know the name and we will arrange a private chat with your match.

9 PM - We will arrange for you to go off to a private corner or booth for a more personal 5 minutes 121 chat with your match. Please try and keep to the time in order to allow others the use of the private area.
