Free To Fall

Taking over the top floor theatre and gallery spaces of Rich Mix, Free to Fall is an Artists and Producers Development Programme providing a regular scratch night for new works in progress by current and emerging choreographers and artists.
Scratching work provides a valuable forum and space for both artists and audiences to interact and engage in lively debate about developing choreographic ideas.

In 2013 Free to Fall became an Artists and Producers Development Programme, enabling them to provide selected scratch artists with a deeper and more progressive developmental experience. These artists received a tailored mentoring and support programme which included an international exchange, studio time, performance opportunities and a producer.

2014 Call For Artists:

The call is particularly open to dance artists, choreographers, physical theatre makers and contemporary artists who work with performative or movement related contexts and ideas.
This can also include or be in collaboration with other disciplines e.g. musicians, photographers, film makers, and visual artists.
