Shotgun Weddings

Shotgun Weddings returns with an alternative Valentines night on Saturday 15th February at the Underdog Gallery on Crucifix Lane, SE1. Expect more glitz, more glamour and more weddings. Out of respect for St. Valentine himself we have decided to cram more weddings into the evening’s events. We will marry (illegally & unofficially) two beautiful strangers on the hour, every hour. All weddings come with our special wedding package: tiara, veil, bridesmaids, cake, mother of the bride, trophy, free drink and wedding presents. If you missed out last time... get booking.

If you’re not sure exactly what we do... We throw fake wedding parties. It’s as simple as that. We marry the joy of a wedding with the noise of the party. The lucky couple are selected from our guests at random. All you’ll need to do is: dress to impress, arrive at the Underdog Gallery and take your raffle ticket... Bingo! (well, not quite). Throughout the reception classic wedding characters appear from tipsy bridesmaids to weird uncle Alvis. Presents are kindly donated by the infamous Wah Nails, Vinoteca, the onsite bar and many more. It’s your chance to throw the bouquet, cut the Versace wedding cake and get into the first dance of many.
