Parkour Installation from Trinity Buoy Wharf

Parkour is a mixed media exhibition featuring film, art, photography and sculpture by 5 artists.

Parkour academy building 'The Chainstore' will open its doors for this opening day which will offer free training and exploration of the academy for anyone, followed by a performance / demonstration by the Parkour Generations team.

There will also be free workshops catering all skill levels and the opportunity to get in touch with Parkour and have a chat.

The Chainstore is the UK´s first dedicated true parkour training centre providing an environment very similar to outdoor training and additionally offering a well equipped strength and conditioning area suitable for weightlifting, tyre flipping, rope climbing and many sorts of work outs. The facility will see regular classes of parkour / freerunning, yoga, strength and conditioning, martial arts and others, thus providing a broad range of services and activities.
