Mardi Gras at Galvin At Windows with Tabasco® Pepper Sauce

Celebrate Mardi Gras in style this year at Galvin At Windows. On Tuesday 4th March enjoy a taste of the Deep South on Park Lane indulge in a variety of tempting Cajun and Creole inspired dishes prepared by head chef Joo Won and accompanied with a splash of Louisiana’s favourite flavour enhancer – Tabasco® Pepper Sauce. The exclusive Mardi Gras menu will feature a classic Gumbo with a Galvin twist, lobster Creole and a delicious banana pudding.

To add excitement and in true Mardi Gras tradition, guests are being encouraged to wear masks, beads and Mardi Gras colours. Those who enter into the spirit will be offered a complimentary glass of champagne from GM Fred’s private cellar. In the bar, Boris Ivan will be preparing The Soul Punch - Martinique rum, Creole sugar and fresh lime.
