Gin School - Vermouth Special

Every Monday night a different producer will be with us to talk you through their gin and give a tasting. The events are free to attend and there are complimentary drinks – no catches! Please feel free to arrive as early as you like and grab those prized seats round the bar.

We are very excited that “Vermouthier Extraordinaire” Ed Scothern from Mele e Pere will be collaborating with our own Head Barman, Fredi and his team for a special Gin School on 31st March showcasing Ed’s homemade vermouth.

Vermouth works wonderfully well in cocktails, for which it is better known in the UK, but its versatility and ability to be adapted makes this a very exciting fortified wine.

Guest will be able to try both the red and white vermouth and then we will treat you to either a glass of your favourite or a specially created cocktail.
