Leftside Wobble & Double Denim Disco are coming together for a dot joining celebration of the eclectic across the two floors of London's latest venue Trapeze. With London's nightlife being dominated by repetitive beats in ever more specialist micro genre's, Acid Soul will celebrate music that exists in that rich hinterland between dub, funk, disco and house. An attitude to music programming that harks back to legendary NYC nights Danceteria & The Roxy in the mid eighties

Acid Soul is named after Leftside Wobble's popular podcast series and features guest DJ's known for their adventurous approach and constant ability to fuel the dance floor with hip-tickling joy.

The opening party is a girls vs boys affair. In the basement Leftside Wobble is joined by Leo Zero, a DJ known for his remixes for global artist's such as Florence & The machine, Bryan Ferry & Paul Weller as well as a huge back catalogue of underground tracks on a selection of dance music's most respected labels. Add to that countless re-edits and re-works which he spins on the more adventurous floors of the worldwide club circuit and his long running association with Faith "The last basin of Acid House", he's the perfect DJ to kick things off for the launch party.

Upstairs in the lounge, bringing a delicious dash of glamour to the proceedings will be Sophie Lloyd & Carly Foxx, two of the best female DJ's on the circuit. When dance musics great & good such as the Chemical Brothers & Groove Armada are looking for DJ's for their own parties they turn to Sophie & Carly. When you hear them play, you'll understand why.
