Afro Model Awards 2014

The Afro Model Awards celebrates the achievements of many individuals and talents that have contributed to the Afro-Caribbean fashion industry. This year will be the 3rd annual Afro Model Awards.

The Afro Model Awards ceremony is an annual awards event that rewards and recognises the contributions of individuals and organisations, both of Afro-Caribbean and non Afro-Caribbean origins, towards the growth, development and empowerment of: Fashion, Modelling, Creativity, Innovation, Style and Personality. This is an event that enables both professionals and up-and-coming talents to work together to showcase their collections and talents.

The 3rd annual awards ceremony will have over a 1000+ attendees, and consist of: fashion exhibitions, handing out of awards, showcasing of the latest fashion and stylish designs, a live catwalk event to produce a runway catwalk winner, alongside motivational speeches from fashion and style professionals. There will be a list of celebrities lining up from the fashion and style industry, as well as performances from top comedians and musicians. All this alongside a live catwalk display from professional male and female models, veiling to be crowned King and Queen of Afro Model Awards catwalk event.

The awards show is designed to encourage young and upcoming Models, Designers, Stylist, Beauticians and other professions, to focus, aspirer and be inspired to achieve a successful, viable, and realistic career goals in their chosen fashion career.
