Sushi Class + Sushi Feast Afterwards

Learn how to make a variety of Sushi in this 3 hour session and get to enjoy the fruits of your labour afterwards!

This class is suitable for complete beginners!

You will learn how to make a selection of different types of sushi roll, including Nigiri, the basic Hosomaki, the cone shaped Temaki, a variety of Ura-Makis, and Temari Sushi (colourful ball shaped sushi canapes originating from Kyoto)

We will also discuss different sushi rice cooking techniques, sushi grade fish, equipment and ingredients.

By the end you will have a big platter full of beautiful delicious sushi worth £40!

We are happy to cater for Vegetarians. Please mention in the booking form you would like vegetarian ingredients.

COST is £25 per class and includes 3 hour workshop with a delicious meal at the end of it and with enough to take home
