There’s high hopes that this year’s summer will be an improvement on last year’s. Fingers crossed there’ll be lots of brilliant sunshine and plenty of opportunities for entertaining al fresco, but, come rain or shine, you can still enjoy a British BBQ.
From 6.30-9.30pm on the 22nd May 2014, 20 BBQ enthusiasts will be given the opportunity to grill Tabasco® development chef, Gary Evans and not only learn the best way to cook with Tabasco®, but also, the secret behind serving up a successful feast, whatever the weather. The class will learn to cook Spatchcock Chicken, juicy steaks as well as a selection of homemade accompaniments including a Salsa Rossa, smokey BBQ sauce and Chillied Nuts. What’s more, the lucky group will get to sit down and enjoy what they’ve cooked.
