The DELTE Show: Central Saint Martins students celebrate the Moving Image

From 5 – 6 June, 40 design students from the Moving Image pathway at Central Saint Martins will showcase their work at 71a Gallery in Shoreditch.

The DELETE Show will be an exciting opportunity for visitors to see the latest developments in the field of Moving Image. Traditionally defined as film and video, the exhibition will showcase works that push the boundaries of the medium by applying new technologies as well as rethinking older techniques. Taking the notions of memory, subtraction and elimination as a starting point students will present work that traces the concept of deletion in the twenty-first century.

The DELETE Show managing and creative director CSM student Shawn Soh explains: “The vision of the exhibition is to create a platform where students can showcase and share their unique perspectives with the design industry and the public. Presenting a mix of multi-media installations, film, animation and digital interaction, The DELETE Show will be a dynamic space for exchange and innovation.”

Admission is free and drinks will be provided at the opening night.
