On Saturday 24th May The Shed will be celebrating British spring coming to climax with a menu dedicated to this fabulous time of year. Dinners can enjoy their favorite spring flavours including asparagus, radishes, spring lamb, rabbit, rhubarb, elderflower and wild garlic, to kick off the bank holiday.

Oliver Gladwin, The Shed’s co-owner and executive chef will be foraging a selection of wild British ingredients to complement each dish. This will include beautiful wild garlic flowers, lesser celandine, early season elderflower and wild mustard. These will all be served alongside produced sourced from their own farm in Nutbourne, West Sussex.

Each dinner will enjoy a complementary spring consommé with a wild garlic spiced cracker when they are seated. The bar will be serving a selection of British cocktails including homemade pink rhubarb lemonade, Bellini’s, Bloody Marys, and an all British Negroni. The menu will feature seasonal dishes such as smoked wood pigeon with asparagus, grilled spring onions with butter beans and truffle, and a rhubarb and lemon curd fool.

Enjoy the perfect start to the bank holiday celebrating British springtime at The Shed in Notting Hill.
