One Day Inner Alchemy Retreat

John will share an exploration of several traditions of internal alchemical exploration from taoist, shamanic + tibetan traditions. This exploration will emphasize the taoist approach, or neidan, and its relationship to cultivating ‘life force energy’ and spirit in nature’s wild places. These two aspects are incorporated into the internal cultivation process of the ‘way of nature’ fellowship, an international organization he founded some years ago.

ching – vital essence
chi – universal energy
shen – spirit
How to nurture them through simple life principles and practices.
