This bank holiday will be going off with a fizz, whizz, snap crackle and bang, as Mr Fogg calls upon his global, quirky experts for a bank holiday drinks celebration like no other on Sunday 25th May 2014.

Guest will be welcomed to Mr Fogg's humble abode, cum Victorian mixing laboratory, between 3pm - 5.30pm sharp, for an afternoon of vaporised alcoholic concoctions, cauldrons of compounded libations, worldly delicacies (canapés), and drinks on arrival, courtesy of Colombian Aged Gin. Ladies and gentlemen must then prepare to be mesmerised by a Suntory Whisky ice carving show, and a bedazzling bar show by the talented Mr Fogg's household team.

Masters of their arts and of course old friends of Mr Fogg that will be helping to host this afternoon of expert instruction in Mayfair will include; Matteo Corsalini (China Tang, Dorchester) and Zoran Peric (Suntory whisky). A live pianist will even provide the soundtrack to the day's frivolities.

£35 tickets are very limited for this mind-boggling exhibition, so please contact [email protected] with hasty vigour in order to avoid disappointment.

Mr Fogg's is a recreation of the Victorian home of Jules Verne's most famous adventurer, Phileas Fogg. Modelled on the very Mayfair house in which Phileas would have lived after travelling Around the World in 80 Days, the bar is refined but at the same time truly off-the-wall, breathing liveliness and fun into the area. It is the first West End project from Inception Group, whose founders Charlie Gilkes and Duncan Stirling have also created Chelsea speakeasy Barts, 80's themed nightclub, Maggie's, the acclaimed Bunga Bunga, an Englishman's Italian, Bar, Pizzeria and Karaoke venue, and most recently Disco, an underground boite in Soho based on the disco movement that took place in 1970 Manhattan. This spring they have just launched Cocobananas, a nightclub based on a Brazilian beach party and will be launching Beaver Lodge, a cabin bar and dance saloon based on the winter cowboy log cabins found in Wyoming, this summer.

So, for true discombobulation of the senses, save yourself a seat at Mr Fogg's this Sunday!
