GetFit with iHuman Fitness

Who's ready to get fit with our new event GetFit?! Fitness-loving people (or those who ate one too many burgers and want to work it all off) are in for a treat because we are Hosting an afternoon of fun fitness. There will be quick fusion sessions of Yoga, Cardio activities, Bootcamp, Strength training, Pilates and a host of signature iHuman fitness activities in the adjacent studio. As part of the event, iHuman fitness will also host a number of fun, fitness-oriented competitions. After the Fusion class, will go to the actual studio for a quick tour of the studio, where you will be given the chance to try out all the different equipment. This will also be your chance to ask anything about fitness, wellness, health from the experts on site. Refreshments (Smoothies, energy bars, Yummy treats) will be served. Want in? iHuman fitness, a brand new fitness and wellness studio in Maida Vale, is keen to showcase it's offerings to anybody who love fitness and wellness classes. The studio was founded by long time fitness expert Mo El-Kadey and Ben Mann and has an amazing group of talented, young instructors.
