About Call to Soul:

Call to Soul is a beautifully simple workshop that weaves together meditation, guided visualisation, inner guidance, group discussion and relaxation to leave you feeling deeply connected and grounded. The Call to Soul workshop is suitable for everybody; whether feeling new to the spiritual path or a life long seeker; if you are looking to deepen your connection to your highest self and to the Divine then this is for you. You will learn ways to safely explore and map your inner landscape, working with guidance, and you will learn some skills for grounding and for preserving your energy. The content of the workshop is always determined by the group that is drawn to it so every experience is different. My commitment to you is that this is an incredibly safe, loving and accepting space and that you are very welcome.

Here is a paragraph about me:

I am Alexandra, a spiritual counsellor, interfaith minister, reiki master and healer, Dru yoga teacher, meditation coach, life coach, intuitive poet and shamanic practitioner. My particular passions include Ancestral Healing of the self and family patterns, also working to heal our relationship to death and dying, bereavement and in releasing spirit attachments. I am intuitively guided to offer what is needed most in healing sessions and in group work. I am a skilled and experienced group facilitator and I have developed an approach to working with the group dynamic that amplifies the healing effect for all involved. I draw on the spiritual practices of many faith traditions to offer an accessible yet profound approach to integrated health and inner peace. I work from the premise that we are all whole; the healing journey is one of removing blocks and remembering our inherent perfection. My favourite phrase that sums up my work is "we are all waves seeking the ocean".

Dalston Call to Soul will be a day workshop, 10.00am - 4pm on Sunday 15th May, 2014 (arrive for tea/coffee from 9.30am)
