The gender balanced classes are suitable for all and based on Heart warming Dru yoga and feature; partner yoga sequences – rotating between partners in the class to get acquainted; connection and mindfulness exercises; group (humandala) yoga; and an immense deep relaxation at the end!

Classes are a fun but also have a personal development aspect for participants – in particular working with maintaining a state of relaxation and sense of embodiment whilst in connection with each other. Booking essential.
