ArtHouse Crouch End, London's newest independent cinema, presents Babes in Arms.
Babes in Arms will see films screened every Monday & Friday morning exclusively for parents and guardians with babies under one year old.
Having brought jazz, country ’n’ western and piano blues to the screen with BIRD, HONKYTONK MAN and The Blues respectively, director Clint Eastwood now takes on 1960s pop with his film version of the smash stage hit JERSEY BOYS. Distinguished by the tingling falsetto of lead singer Frankie Valli (Lloyd Young, reprising his Broadway role), The Four Seasons had a string of international hits including Rag Doll, Sherry and Walk Like a Man. They also went through several incarnations and some 18 different names before they finally settled on a line-up that included gifted songwriter and keyboard-player Bob Gaudio (Bergen) and called themselves after their local New Jersey bowling alley.
