Andy Bates (aka Pie Man) is known for hearty street food inspired by his travels. Modern twists on classic dishes are fuelled by his passion for re-discovering and making great British food.

Andy founded 'Eat my Pies' which specialises in classic British tarts, pies and Scotch eggs. He lives by the quote "You should always finish on a little bit of pudding", and has also written a cookbook offering modern twists on classic dishes.
Last but not least, Andy is also a contributing chef for Food Network UK where his television series 'Street Feasts' is among the highest-rated on the channel. 1st Course:

Blue Cheese Bloody Mary Cocktail (you can have it virgin, but why) or Buckfizz

Bacon Cinnamon Roll
Warm cinnamon roll wrapped in Millionaires Bacon, drizzled with a bacon fat infused bourbon sugar syrup

2nd Course:
Half Breakfast Scotch Egg
Soft boiled free range egg wrapped in cumberland sausage meat and fried mushrooms, wrapped again in smoked bacon, then breadcrumbed and fried... The ultimate all in one!

Avocado and Egg Stack
Thick cut wholemeal toast, swiss grilled cheese, avocado, poached egg and chilli flakes

Jalapeño and Cheese Hash Browns

Dessert:

French Toast Pecan and Maple Bread Pudding
Layered brioche, pecan, maple syrup and brown sugar bread pudding dipped in egg then fried and topped with a little sugar
