20th Century Party Music

It's true, they don't make 'em like they used to. But thas' aite, we're bringing the freshest DJs with bags full of classic cuts to The Silver Bullet for one night only.

Line-Up

Hungry Man
This year has been extraordinary with sets across Latin America including Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala & Honduras. Just back from a mini tour in the French Alps, the Jump Music label honcho will be selecting vinyls at Silver Bullet on thursday. Expect the unexpected Classic Hip Hop, DnB, Jungle and Old-skool, the fusing and blurring of genres, with unhealthy amounts of bass.

Herse
Brixton's certified party-rocker Herse, co-owner of the Shades Recordings imprint has over a decade's experience at the controls. Having grown up on hip-hop, Herse soon picked up turntablism, finding success as part of the 'Chop Suey' crew alongside a young Dexter Kane (Shadow Sanctuary / Lower East). Through his countless experiences playing at sweaty clubs and scuzzy house parties, he built an expansive vinyl collection, some serious dj chops. Herse's reputation for genre-defying sets follows him to this day. In line with Shades' ethos, he now spins uptempo beats and bass across the board; forward-thinking music with its foundations firmly rooted in the past. For one night only, Herse will be digging deep into his crate and treating us to the finest House and Garage classics.

Ian Ian
Ian Ian was born as the dust settled after the 2012 apocalypse. With a 6 year career as a live multi-instrumentalist and performer already behind him, IAN has an impeccable ear for classic selections and knows just how to read a crowd.
