A concert of sublime choral music for Mother's Day featuring the acclaimed London Oriana Choir, one of London's leading choirs, under the leadership of musical director Dominic Peckham, one of the country's most dynamic young conductors.

As a tribute to mothers everywhere, the programme features music through the ages from Brahms and Mendelssohn to Whitacre and Allain, as well as a world premiere of a special commission from rising composer Toby Young.

The London Oriana Choir is fresh from a recording of an orchestral arrangement of the Who's masterpiece, Quadrophenia, to be released on Deutche Gramophon later this year, with a live concert of the world at the Royal Albert Hall in London in July with Pete Townshend, Alfie Boe and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
