This is an illustrated talk about the life and works of Oscar Nemon, a poor Jewish boy from the Balkans who made his way across Europe to England in the 1930s. He sculpted many of the leading personalities of the 20th Century including Winston Churchill, Sigmund Freud and HM The Queen. Nemon carried the burden of knowing his mother and family were murdered in the Holocaust whilst he survived.

Aurelia Young, Nemon's daughter, has given sold out talks about her father at the Houses of Parliament, The Freud Museum and the National Portrait Gallery.
