Tarquin's Gin at Gin School

Every Monday night a different producer will be with us to talk you through their gin and give a tasting. The events are free to attend and there are complimentary drinks – no catches! Please feel free to arrive as early as you like and grab those prized seats round the bar.

An independent, family company handcrafting Gin and Pastis in tiny batches (the old-fashioned way) by the coast of north Cornwall. At the heart of their process lies a special, flame-fired, copper pot still called Tamara, goddess of the Tamar.

A contemporary take on a classic London Dry, they use fragrant handpicked Devon violets and fresh orange zest to deliver an aromatic sensation unlike any other. Only the best and most pure spirit (the heart) makes it into Tarquin’s Gin, which is diluted to bottling strength at 42% with Cornish spring water
