This charismatic, powerhouse blues singer has established herself over recent years as one of the UK’s leading performers. Hugely respected on the blues scene, it is little surprise that she was voted “Best UK Female Blues Vocalist” seven years in a row. Supported by a classic blues band that features Terry Harris on bass, Steve Wright on guitar & Roy Martin on drums, this Liverpool based performer has an enviable reputation not just in the UK, but all around Europe. It is a reflection of the high esteem with which she is held that she was chosen as one of the featured artists to launch Liverpool’s year as European Capital of Culture (just before Ringo Starr!).
