Our chocolate and wine matching class will help you explore the best way to match chocolate and wine together and find out different flavour combinations that will delight your taste buds. Sweet foods are notoriously hard to match to wines, but we reckon we've found the best way to do it, and we'd love to show you how.

The evening will include six different chocolate and wine pairs, ranging from sparkling wine, to red wine to sweet wine, and white, milk, and dark chocolate. We will explore what it is that makes these matches work, and find out what makes a good quality wine or chocolate just taste better.
