Hamleys, the finest toy shop in the world, will bring the magic of Christmas to the festive shopping season on Saturday 28 November when it transforms London’s Regent Street in a traffic-free, all-day extravaganza for the biggest toy parade London has ever seen.

Celebrating its 255th birthday and with a cast of hundreds, marching bands, festive floating blimps, street theatre, dancers and toy vehicles accompanied with music from Heart - Hamleys is taking its magic to the street! There will be dozens of family favourite toy characters including Barbie and her pink limo, Bing and Flop, Fireman Sam and his Fire truck, Hello Kitty, Peppa Pig, Power Rangers, Sonic the Hedgehog, Snoopy and Charlie Brown, Sylvanian Families, Thunderbirds, The Transformer Truck Optimus Prime, Twirly Woos and of course a very special appearance from Father Christmas and the Hamleys Elves along with the beloved Hamley and Hattie bear.

The first toy parade of its kind on Regent Street starts at 10:30 and will run from Air Street close to Piccadilly Circus almost all the way to Oxford Circus and will be followed by ‘meet and greet stations’ throughout the day, allowing families to get up close to their favourite characters. The Hamleys Main Stage area outside the famous toy shop will host entertainment from just after midday and welcome a very special guest for the finale at 4.30pm.

The event is being held in partnership with the Regent Street Association and SKY Movies.
