Colli Orientali del Friuli ('eastern hills of Friuli') is one of the most significant DOC titles used in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region in in the far north-eastern corner of Italy.

The region is renowned for its white-wine production, however within this DOC the reds also shine. The family have been producing wines for centuries.
Native varieties such as Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla or Picolit where the vineyards are over 100 years old.
International grapes that are particularly appreciated from Conte d'Attimis-Maniago are Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon and Pinot Noir and Merlot.
