An exciting, sell-out event that brings together an eclectic collection of first-class explorers, daredevils and pioneers to share their experiences of adventure. Each speaker will be limited to just 20 slides which will be shown on an enormous screen to accompany their tales. The challenge for the speakers is that each slide will scroll forward automatically after just 20 seconds.
The event’s host and co-organiser is world-renowned adventurer Alastair Humphreys. The audience will be treated to talks from 11 inspirational speakers, including one of the world’s leading high-altitude climbers, a woman who ran unsupported for 1,911 miles across New Zealand, a British athlete who rowed, biked and kayaked around the Northern hemisphere, and an adventure seeker who hitchhiked his way around the world.
