Madagascan “fair made” chocolate brand Madécasse is collaborating with London’s legendary Ember Yard bar and grill for an exclusive chocolate-themed tapas and cocktail tasting on March 2nd to celebrate Fairtrade Fortnight.

Tickets are now available for this unique chocolate and tapas tasting where foodies will be given the chance to delve into some delightful dishes concocted by the innovative Ben Tish, Chef Director at Ember Yard, Head Chef Jacques Fourie and his cutting-edge team of culinary artists.

Canapes being served at the event at 60 Berwick Street, London, which runs from 6-8pm, will include a sumptuous Milk Chocolate Tart with Salted Caramel; Venison, Red Wine and Bitter Chocolate Empanadillas; Caramelised Parsnip, Pig’s Cheek and Salted Chocolate; and Bitter Chocolate Truffles with Nuts, Raisins and Pedro Ximenez.

Tickets can be booked for £20.00 on a first come, first served basis from the Eventbrite link below. All ticket sales will be donated to Madécasse’s Save the Lemurs Project being launched this summer.

In addition to the exquisite food and drinks on offer, attendees will have the chance to meet Madécasse Co-Founder Brett Beach and will also leave with a special Madécasse goody bag to take home.
