If you think healthy eating is boring, think again!

Our Cook & Eat team have put together a series of clean eating workshops for the health conscious foodie. At our clean eating workshops we give you all the inspiration needed to stay on top of your healthy eating goals and kiss goodbye to calorie counting and 'yo yo' dieting. Our healthy eating expert chef will show you how to cook delicious recipes using ingredients that are easily accessible, share tips on cooking within healthy guidelines and 'wow' you with colourful nutrient rich food that you can replicate at home. We'll discuss label reading and avoiding unnatural E numbers that every human body can do without. Book 4 sessions or 1 - it's up to you.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All attendees must be 16 or over.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There's plenty of parking in the surrounding area. The training kitchen for this session is located at the Food Tech Room at Prendergast Vale College, Elmira Street, London SE13 7BN and the nearest station is Lewisham DLR which is 3 minutes from the venue.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
All equipment, ingredients and aprons needed for use in the session are covered by your ticket price.
